Q: How to order?

Q: How to pay?
1).For international trade, we accept payment by T/T (bank wire transfer), or Western Union if acceptable to you.
2).Normally 40%- 50% deposit, balance after production (100% for urgent orders).
3).Also, payment by T/T usually takes about 3 working days for international remittance. You can send us payment/bank slip for confirmation if urgent.

Q: When and how will you start production?
A: We will start production as soon as we receive your down payment (deposit). After production finishes, we will blow up the inflatables and email you photos for confirmation and ask if any modification is required. We will make/release shipment as soon as we receive the balance payment.
Q: Production time?
A: Generally, production time for an order takes 7- 15 days upon receipt of deposit. However, it can be longer or shorter time, depending on design (big or small size, simple or complicated), order quantity (big or small), time frame when you place order (busy season or low season), etc.
Q: Shipping?
1). Can be shipped by sea, by air or express (DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT) delivery. Generally, shipping time is 3- 7 working days by air or 7- 30 days by sea, depending on your delivery address.
2).You can use your own shipping company or buying office in China to arrange delivery for you.
